Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Shift Leader (Production Supervisor) to supervise production employees in an efficient manner to achieve the desired quality and quantity of work. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in a team environment and have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in continuous, high-speed manufacturing.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in continuous, high-speed manufacturing
- Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
