Job Description
First Resonance is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure the successful adoption and utilization of their software solutions by clients. The role involves building relationships, understanding needs, and guiding clients towards maximizing value from the company's products. This position is based in Los Angeles, CA and requires managing onboarding, relationships, adoption, and advocacy for client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
