Job Description
The Business Analyst II performs business process related activities that are focused on measuring and improving quality, cost effectiveness, efficiency, member and customer satisfaction and other desired business outcomes and strategic business decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a business analyst position or business process experience within the financial services industry
- Hands-on experience with Core Fiserv DNA application preferred, or equivalent banking platform
- Advanced proficiency with SQL
- Working knowledge of process improvement framework and tools is preferred
- Certification/License: Lean/Six Sigma and/or Scrum/Agile is preferred
