Job Description
The Associate II, Regulatory Deposit Services and Reporting processes specific banking transactions in a timely and complete manner through a variety of complex technology systems.
Requirements
- Process high volume of regulatory banking transactions
- Navigate complex technology systems
- Respond to member and internal partner inquiries
- Manage and store comprehensive records of member communication
- Work with members and internal partners to research and resolve issues
- Support Senior Associates in processing specific regulatory activities
- Identify and communicate process improvement ideas
- Track and validate transactional reports for accuracy
