Job Description
The Finance Controls & Governance Manager is responsible for planning, documenting, monitoring, and reporting on Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Capital Markets controls and regulatory compliance. This role involves collaboration with senior management and internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulators, to ensure financial stability and adherence to company policies and standards.
Requirements
- Serve as a point of contact for Bank’s First Line of Defense program.
- Monitor progress of testing of Finance controls and regulatory examinations.
- Collaborate with leaders and business partners to ensure Finance controls and documentation meet expectations.
- Identify risks and work with management to mitigate them.
- Assist in developing Finance governance, including planning, analysis, and implementation of controls.
- Maintain and develop Finance governance policies, procedures and standards.
