Job Description
Firsthand supports individuals living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) through a holistic approach including peer recovery specialists, benefits specialists, and clinicians. The company focuses on building trust and supporting individuals in reconnecting to healthcare while minimizing inappropriate utilization. They are seeking passionate problem-solvers to tackle complex healthcare challenges and create a supportive, learning-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Lived experience with SMI and/or SUD
- Qualified as a Community Health OR eligible and willing to complete coursework within 3 months and pursue certification soonest
- Intermediate computer skills (Google Workspace)
