Job Description
The Branch Manager leads the branch team and is responsible for business development, operational integrity, member satisfaction, and staff performance.
Requirements
- Provide leadership and vision for the branch team
- Achieve branch goals related to deposits, loans, service levels, and member growth
- Coach and mentor staff; conduct performance evaluations and development plans
- Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Represent the credit union in the community and foster member relationships
- Oversee security, facilities, staffing, and budgeting for the branch
- Perform a full range of teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency
