Corporate Counsel

We are seeking a junior corporate counsel to join our EMEA legal team in Dublin. You will work on a wide range of commercial legal issues, including contract negotiation, software licensing, data security, and regulatory matters. This is a broad-based in-house commercial legal role with a focus on preparing and negotiating contract documentation with commercial clients.

Requirements

• Fully qualified as a lawyer with an undergraduate qualification to a good degree standard from a leading university
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the practice of law in a high-quality law firm or in-house environment
• Solid understanding of corporate and commercial contract issues
• Strong professional ethics with a commitment to excellence
• Strong analytical and advisory skills
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Strong negotiation and deal-making skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, colleagues and opposing counsel
