Corporate Counsel I

We're looking for a Corporate Counsel I to manage legal business matters, including contract negotiations, settlements, litigation, and business practices. In this role, you will be part of a legal team with 200 attorneys and paraprofessionals.

Requirements

• Experience drafting information and technology services agreements, software license agreements, and general commercial contracts
• Ability to review and evaluate multi-faceted issues and counsel business colleagues on complex legal questions
• A college degree and a Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
