Job Description
Fitch Learning is a leader in financial services training. We are seeking a Financial Trainer - Small Business / Consumer Credit to design and deliver high-quality training specializing in small business credit analysis and consumer credit programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive SME and consumer lending experience and excellent presentation and listening skills.
Requirements
- Extensive SME and consumer lending experience from a commercial bank, investment bank, rating agency, financial regulator, or similar financial institution
- Excellent presentation and listening skills, with confidence teaching complex topics to diverse audiences (virtual and in-person)
- Effective communicator with a passion for education and demonstrable impact on learner outcomes
- Ability to design and deliver high-quality training specializing in small business credit analysis and consumer credit programs
