Requirements

• Extensive SME and consumer lending experience from a commercial bank, investment bank, rating agency, financial regulator, or similar financial institution
• Excellent presentation and listening skills, with confidence teaching complex topics to diverse audiences (virtual and in-person)
• Effective communicator with a passion for education and demonstrable impact on learner outcomes
