Job Description
Fitch Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a full-stack background to join an agile team delivering innovative solutions for Fitch Group's BMI business. The role involves contributing to the improvement of code quality through iterative development, secure implementation, and data-driven optimization in a hybrid, collaborative environment. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing distributed application architecture.
- 3+ years of experience in in Ruby On Rails and/or NodeJS for backend development.
- 3+ years of experience in designing and developing scalable web applications using React/TypeScript.
- 3+ years of experience in relational databases and data pipelines.
- Exposure to AI coding assistants like Copilot, ChatGPT, and Amazon Q.
