Job Description
Fitch Ratings is seeking an Analyst to join its Structured Credit & CLOs group in New York. The role involves analyzing ratings on Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and preparing and presenting rating conclusions to a credit committee. The team is collaborative and team-oriented, with excellent communication skills essential. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (finance, accounting, economics, etc.)
- At least one year of experience in the financial industry, with a preference for experience related to CLOs or Structured Finance
- Strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex subjects accurately and succinctly
- Personal responsibility, initiative, and self-management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of programming languages is a plus
