Structured Finance - Structured Credit & CLOs, Senior Analyst - New York

Fitch Ratings is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Structured Credit & CLOs group in New York. The team provides supplementary credit analysis, ratings, research, and commentary to financial market participants. As a Senior Analyst, you will analyze ratings on Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) using proprietary models and prepare and present rating conclusions to a credit committee.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (finance, accounting, economics, etc.)
• At least three years of experience in the financial industry, with a preference for experience related to CLOs or Structured Finance
• Strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail
• Personal responsibility, initiative, and self-management
• Ability to communicate complex subjects accurately and succinctly
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of programming languages is a plus but not required
