SMEs Relationship Manager

FlapKap is a leading financial partner for SMEs, and we're looking for an experienced SMEs Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for SME clients, managing relationships and ensuring that their financial needs are met effectively.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with SME clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
• Actively identify new business opportunities and participate in the business development efforts to expand the client base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and support experience for clients.
• Regularly analyze market trends and competitive landscape to provide clients with relevant advice and guidance.
• 5+ years of experience in relationship management, sales, or business development in the financial services sector, with a focus on SMEs.
