Requirements
- Track and manage loan files from pre-approval to closing
- Gather, organize, and upload client documents in Encompass
- Follow up with clients, realtors, and team members
- Support marketing efforts using tools like Total Expert
- Improve workflows and create standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate internal operations and occasional business events
