Job Description
This position is for an Experienced Loan Officer Assistant supporting a Loan Officer in a fast-paced environment. The role involves developing correspondence, managing communication, and assisting with administrative tasks. The position is supported by mentorship and will assess the potential for a senior role as performance is viewed.
Requirements
- Develop all LO correspondence
- Manage birthday card database
- Order postcards for appraisals
- Mail intro letters
- Follow up with previous pre qual to maintain contact with customers
- Update and maintain closed loan database
- Track UTCs, closings, and lock expirations
- Running Credit Reports
- Taking loan applications/Prequals
