Job Description
FleetPartners Group is seeking a Senior Fleet Services Consultant to lead their team and support the overall operation of their Fleet Services function. The role involves managing fuel cards, infringements, registrations, and tolls, ensuring excellent customer outcomes and driving efficiency. This is a hybrid position with a strong focus on customer service and team development.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration and/or customer service, with exposure to complex issue resolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management, organisation, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in communication and coaching.
