Molding Materials Lead-2

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Molding Materials Lead located in Buffalo Grove, IL. The role coordinates the activities of subordinates, reviews work procedures, and ensures accurate records of inventory.

Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of material experience, including supervision
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professionals’ journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, interest and discounts.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
