Molding Materials Lead-3

Flex is seeking a Molding Materials Lead to support their extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to their growth. The role involves coordinating the activities of subordinates, reviewing work procedures, and ensuring accurate records of inventory.

Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of material experience, including supervision
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professionals' journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, interest and discounts.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
