Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a product design leadership role
- Extensive experience designing and shipping consumer-facing native digital products
- Exposure to and understanding of design system development and maintenance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use both qualitative and quantitative insights
- Ability to give and receive direction
- Comfort with ambiguous problems
- Motivation to be a self-starter
- Passion for financial products
