Payroll Officer

Flexopack, a major plastic manufacturing company near Eleftherios Venizelos airport in Anatoliki Attiki, Greece, is seeking a motivated Payroll Officer. The role involves processing and managing payroll, calculating wages based on hours worked, and managing payments. The position requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to handle sensitive information.

Requirements

• Calculation of payroll based on hours, overtime, deductions, bonuses, allowances
• Check and consolidate the payroll of subsidiary companies
• Update the payroll software
• Maintain accurate employee records in the payroll software
• Compile, generate and distribute documents upon request from employees
• Create and manage current records of employee benefits
• Manage payroll issues and questions from employees
• Compilation of financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes
• Maintain records of payroll and all transactions
• Conduct the hiring process and generate employment contracts
• Upload files to ERGANI
