Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in property management, e.g. real estate agent, certified property specialist or real estate management
- Several years of experience in commercial and technical property management, particularly in tenancy administration and service charge accounting
- Sound knowledge of maintenance management as well as the management of residential and commercial properties
- Confident use of the property management software Immoware24 and MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong knowledge of construction law, tenancy law, commercial tenancy law and condominium law
- High level of personal responsibility, strong organisational, communication and negotiation skills
