Job Description
Flexoptix is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the technical side of its flexible campus of 8 buildings in Darmstadt. The role involves managing technical installations, coordinating external contractors, identifying deficiencies, and providing support to tenants. The ideal candidate will have experience in facility management and be willing to work independently.
Requirements
- Completed training in plumbing, heating, and climate engineering (HSK) or equivalent.
- Experience in facility management, building management, or real estate.
- Willingness to take responsibility for smaller projects and work independently.
- Good PC knowledge (MS Office) and safe German and English skills.
