Requirements
- University degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field
- Several years of relevant leadership experience in technical facility operations and project management
- Strong technical expertise and understanding of maintenance and construction processes
- Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, and contract administration
- Fluent in both English and German (spoken and written)
- Hands-on, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
