Job Description
FLiiP is seeking a motivated Account Executive to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on both inbound and outbound sales. The role requires full ownership of sales efforts, building strong client relationships, and driving high-value deals to help the company achieve its growth targets. This is an individual contributor role aiming to build and maintain strong relationships, understand customer needs, and guide them through a consultative sales process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong experience in managing the entire sales process
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bonus: Experience in the fitness tech, health tech, or related industries
