Job Description
FLiiP is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive revenue growth through full-cycle sales management, both inbound and outbound. The role requires ownership of the sales cycle, relationship building, and a consultative sales approach, focusing on customer needs and value proposition. Growth targets need to be met consistently.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong experience in managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Self-motivated and results-driven
