Job Description
Flink is seeking a Hub Manager for its store in Erfurt, Germany. This role involves operational leadership of a store with more than 50 employees, ensuring optimal store processes, managing a team, and upholding company policies and health & safety standards. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader focused on team performance and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in food wholesale, retail, gastronomy, logistics or hospitality as a store manager, sales manager, store manager or restaurant manager
- Commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with resilience, engagement, flexibility, pragmatism and implementation orientation
- Good German or English skills
- Strong communication and assertive behavior
