Hub Manager - Hannover (m/w/d)

As a Hub Manager, you will oversee the operational management of a store in Hannover with over 30 employees, ensuring optimal work processes and maintaining store KPIs. You will also be responsible for recruiting, leading, and developing your store team, as well as observing company guidelines and health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in food retail, retail, gastronomy, delivery, or hotel industry as (acting) store manager, market leader, branch manager, or restaurant manager
• Commercial understanding and entrepreneurial spirit with stability, commitment, flexibility, pragmatism, and implementation orientation
• High assertiveness, well-developed communication skills, and a secure appearance
• Good German or English knowledge
