The role involves operational management, staff deployment, policy implementation, warehouse management, and team leadership.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in food wholesale, retail, gastronomy, delivery service or hospitality as a store manager, sales manager, department manager or restaurant manager
• Sales-minded attitude with resilience, commitment, flexibility, pragmatism and implementation orientation
• High assertiveness, excellent communication skills, and a confident demeanor
• Good German or English proficiency
