Job Description
We are looking for a Store Manager to lead a team of over 30 employees in Hannover, Germany. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the store, ensuring optimal workflow and adherence to company policies and KPIs.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in food retail, retail, gastronomy, delivery, or hospitality as (deputy) store manager, department manager, branch manager, or restaurant manager
- Commercial understanding and entrepreneurial spirit
- High assertiveness, well-developed communication skills, and confident appearance
- Good German or English knowledge
