Requirements
- Build and nurture strong, positive relationships with our bus operators, ensuring smooth collaboration and seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage the daily communication and coordination with operators to prevent service disruptions and maintain operational excellence.
- Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve operator performance through KPIs and data-driven insights.
- Conduct audits and process checks to ensure full adherence to Flix standards and safety requirements.
- Support operators in implementing and engaging with training content for their driver teams.
- Identify risks or inefficiencies that may impact performance or customer experience and develop actionable mitigation plans.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze performance data, trends, and processes, proactively driving improvements.
- Extract, transform, and interpret data from internal systems using tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, or BI dashboards to generate actionable insights.
- Create performance reports and dashboards, providing visibility on key operational indicators and improvement opportunities.
