Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience as HRBP
- Experience in advising and supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle
- Hands-on experience in HR processes: onboarding, performance management, talent development, and compensation cycles etc
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, paired with structured thinking to tackle complex challenges using clear problem-solving strategies
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Fluent in Polish & English; additional Eastern European languages are a plus
