Head of Distribution

Floodbase is seeking a world-class Head of Distribution to accelerate the commercial growth of its parametric product through insurance brokers and partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years with the insurance industry as a broker or doing business development/sales through brokers as an insurer
• Proven ability to close large, complex deals and exceed sales targets
• A network of US brokers, agents, and other key relationships
• Tenacious and able to provide clear examples of showing perseverance in leading internal and external stakeholders through a complex sales lifecycle
• Committed to solving the climate crisis through practical and scalable means
