Customer Service Rep I

WebTPA, a GuideWell Company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound customer calls. The role involves providing excellent customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring adherence to key metrics. The position is fully remote and offers comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

• Successfully complete a 6+ week training program.
• Answer inbound calls from providers and members.
• Provide resolution for questions about benefits, claims, and eligibility.
• Handle call backs and escalations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
