WebTPA, a GuideWell Company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound customer calls from providers and members. The role focuses on providing courteous and efficient service, ensuring high levels of service based on customer and benefit inquiries. It's a full-time position with a focus on training, employee availability, and achieving key performance metrics.

Requirements

• Successfully complete a 6+ week training program.
• Answer inbound calls from providers and members.
• Document notes of each call.
• Handle call backs and escalations.
• High school diploma or GED.
