Sous Chef

The Florida Panthers are seeking a Sous Chef to join the Sanza Food Service in the facility at Amerant Bank Arena. This is a second-in-command role responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency, and contributing to menu development and staff training. Requirements

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
