Requirements
- Own the full campus recruitment lifecycle for internship and early-career hiring across Trading, Technology and Business Support
- Partner with the Trading team to plan and execute engaging and high-impact campus programs throughout the year
- Represent Flow Traders at campus events (career fairs, info sessions, competitions) to ensure a strong, consistent employer brand presence
- Partner closely with hiring teams to understand talent needs, advise on selection, and deliver structured candidate evaluations throughout the process
- Drive a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication, clear expectations, and efficient process management
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting in Greenhouse, using insights to optimize hiring outcomes and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to support seamless onboarding for campus hires and contribute to broader recruitment initiatives as needed
