Recruiter

Flow Traders is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join its growing HR & Recruitment team in New York. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a results-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within the finance, trading or technology space
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Data driven and creative self-starter who likes to think outside the box
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to adapt and handle simultaneous moving parts effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite tools: Office, Word, PowerPoint and particularly Excel
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, Greenhouse preferred
