Team Lead Regulatory Compliance

Flow Traders is seeking an experienced Team Lead of Regulatory Compliance to join their growing team. This role involves leading regulatory compliance initiatives, advising on regulatory changes, maintaining policies, responding to audits, and providing training. The position requires a proactive, analytical individual comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• University degree in Law, Business Administration, or similar
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience in managing a team
• Extensive knowledge of the Dutch and European regulatory environment (Wft, IFR/IFD, MiFIR, EMIR, SSR, MAR, SFTR, etc.)
• Proven experience in structuring regulatory frameworks
• Acting as a trusted advisor to the trading department
• Analytical skills and the ability to assess complex situations
