Requirements

• Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams during installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of FLSmidth crushing equipment.
• Lead turnkey and specialized service projects, ensuring safety, scope, quality, and timelines are met.
• Perform diagnostics, root cause analyses (RCA), and reliability assessments on-site to enhance equipment performance and prevent failures.
• Develop and execute field service plans aligned with customer priorities and business objectives.
• Prepare detailed technical service reports and statistical analyses to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct expert training sessions for internal teams and client personnel to build operational excellence.
• Support commercial and technical initiatives by identifying business opportunities during site visits.
• Collaborate with planning, cost, and project management teams to prepare accurate technical-economic proposals.
