Requirements
- Lead on-site service operations, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency of client equipment.
- Mentor and coach junior Field Service Specialists, Site Account Managers, and technical teams.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, optimization plans, and reliability initiatives.
- Serve as the technical escalation point for complex equipment and operational issues.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention by providing proactive solutions and expert guidance.
- Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, consumables, and service contracts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Global Service Line Managers to align solutions with regional and global strategies.
- Manage site-level budgets, KPIs, and operational metrics to ensure high-performance outcomes.
- Support planning and execution of plant shutdowns, retrofits, and major service projects.
- Provide insights and reporting on operational performance, service trends, and customer feedback.
