Commercial Operations Associate

We are building the infrastructure for abundant intelligence and need a Commercial Operations Associate to support end-to-end deal execution, strategic partnerships, and M&A. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of IB/consulting experience and be able to 'hit the ground running' in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Support end-to-end deal execution for all data center and AI infrastructure deals
• Strategic partnership - Support on negotiation, structuring and closing of large partnerships
• M&A - Support on negotiation, structuring and integration of acquisitions made by FS
• Maintain and optimize CRM and sales systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product) to streamline workflows and remove operational friction in the commercial process
