Job Description
Fluidstack is seeking an experienced Site Selection Manager to lead the procurement strategy for their US-focused data center portfolio. This role involves sourcing and evaluating powered land opportunities, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring sites are appropriate for large-scale development. Requirements
- 5+ years of real-estate experience with a focus on data centers or industrial projects.
- Strong ability to assess the viability of land opportunities for data center development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
