Director of Site Selection

We are seeking an experienced Director of Site Selection to lead the site acquisition strategy for our US-focused data center portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating multiple GWs of powered land, powered shell, and turnkey opportunities suitable for large-scale data center developments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of real-estate experience with a focus on data centers, with demonstrated progression in leadership roles.
• Successful track record of leading hyperscale data center site acquisitions and commercial negotiations for powered land and site development.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute site selection initiatives at scale.
• Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to align stakeholders across diverse teams and functions, including executive leadership.
• Proven track record of closing large/complex real-estate deals and managing multi-site portfolios.
• Experience building processes and systems to support rapid organizational growth.
