Change Lead

The Change Lead will develop and deliver communications strategies to help our people adopt and embrace changes, engaging partners and teams across various functions and brand-led divisions across Flutter. The role will support multiple initiatives/programmes and combine excellent communication expertise with a deep understanding of business change.

Requirements

• Develop and implement detailed change management plans
• Build and maintain trusted and valued relationships with key collaborators
• Lead in the identification of key stakeholders involved or impacted and creates a robust and compelling communications strategy
• Oversee the development and delivery of training to ensure that colleagues have the knowledge and ability to change and transition successfully
• Lead the development of the hypercare and post-implementation support to drive change adoption
• Lead the tracking of how effectively we have achieved change via metric and sentiment tracking
