Sales Development Associate Manager - B2B

FlyAkeed is looking for a Sales Development Associate Manager with 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales to lead the full sales cycle, drive enterprise-level sales, and build strategic relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in SaaS, HRMS, ERP, or enterprise software
• Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving revenue growth
• Experience in enterprise sales, key account management, and complex deal negotiations
• Fluent or Upper-Intermediate English speaker
• Presentable, accountable, and responsible
• Experience in using HubSpot CRM or similar sales tools is a plus
