The MarComm Specialist is a generalist position that provides exposure to various facets of marketing and communications in healthcare. This role offers hands-on experience with campaigns, content creation, analytics, and strategy.
Requirements
- Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
- Support content development for multiple channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across platforms.
- Manage and update content for the organization’s website and social media accounts.
- Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials.
- Monitor key marketing metrics and support the preparation of regular reports for leadership.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and solve challenges.
- Assists with the collection of information and support for all phases of advertising.
- Collaboration and Partnership: serves as a liaison to departments within the hospital by attending meetings and aiding in the development of marketing strategy and materials.
- Oversees communication needs for assigned product lines by acting as a liaison between the department and other areas and physicians.
- Coordinates with staff to proof work and oversee outside vendors in an effort to ensure timely project completion and the provision of quality services by the department.
- Promotes the quality and efficiency of his/her own performance through participation in staff educational programs, approved continuing education courses, and specialized skill training programs.
- Provides support in case of other team members' absence.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
