We're hiring a Contact Centre Customer Service Executive to handle high volumes of inbound calls and customer emails, resolve queries and complaints, and manage customer experience. Previous contact centre or high-volume customer support experience is required, as well as excellent phone manner, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask under pressure.
