Job Description
Focus Group is seeking a Technical Support Advisor 2nd Line IT to provide first-class service to customers. The role involves handling 2nd line service queries, diagnosing and resolving issues, and configuring applications and systems. This position is part of the Managed Services team and offers a chance to work for one of the UK's fastest-growing tech providers.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing technical support role
- In-depth understanding of system, applications and network infrastructure
- Experience with remote desktop support tools
- Skilled in technical expertise
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
- Ability to escalate issues appropriately
